Frequently asked questions
When can I expect the villa to be completed?
We plan to complete by Q2 2025, after completing the final handover survey and DEWA, Empower and the Dubai Land Department have accepted the villa.
How many years of warranty coverage will I receive on the villa?
You will receive between 1 and 10 years of warranty depending on various components of your villa. Please refer to the appendix of our purchase contract for details.
What payments do you accept?
We accept payments in Central Europe (Germany, Austria or Switzerland) and of course in Dubai. You can pay in EUR, USD or AED. Other means and ways of payment are also possible upon request.
Can I sell my villa before the handover?
You can sell your villa as soon as 60% of the purchase price has been received by us and as long as you want to resell shortly before the handover.
Do I have to be present in the Emirates for the purchase?
Of course you should come and see the property, the location and our services in person. However, we can also send you the original purchase contract through our law firm.
